Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We understand your travel may be urgent and do our best to process each order quickly.

Shipping Rates

United States domestic shipping costs are included with your purchase. This includes:

1. Sending the Rapid Test Kit to your chosen US address.
2. Sending the completed kit from your vet to one of Hawaii's approved rabies testing labs.
3. Sending the results from the lab to the Hawaii Department of Agriculture Quarantine Branch.
