Since our kits are custom, we do not offer full refunds. However, you may request a partial refund within 30 days after receiving your FAVN Test Kit. Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. Contact us at support@mokupet.com to submit your request.
We will notify you if your request is approved. If approved, you will receive the partial refund on your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Do not mail or return the FAVN Test Kit, even if it has not been used. For sanitation reasons, purchased kits cannot be accepted or reused. Please safely dispose of any unwanted kits.
